It all started with a 1997 Infiniti QX4 and a dream. Elbow Grease Detailing was founded in 2010 by Bill Silva. Bill always visioned having his own business, his passion for cars and cleaning all connected to form Elbow Grease Detailing. When Bill started off he would go to customers homes and do car washes to make it as convenient as possible for his clients. The first few years it was a seasonal business and he would work out of an old SUV just focusing on washing cars and building a clientele. After 3 years of dedication, Bill bought his first van and focused more on detailing rather than basic car washes. From there the business started to grow. Not being able to keep up with the demand he began to hire a team of detailers, Elbow Grease started to expand. By the next year Bill bought van #2 and was able to have two crews out detailing full time.
The following year Elbow Grease opened up the flagship location on Belmar Blvd in Wall Township. Finally gaining more exposure even further grew the business, It also allowed this to be a year-round career. The following year Elbow Grease bought van #3. In November of 2019 we opened up our second location and detailing shop located on NJ-33 in Tinton Falls. This allows us to have more space for detailing in our shop and to spend more time on high end jobs and ceramic coating projects. Elbow Grease was built on passion for making the client our number one priority and going above and beyond to ensure that everyone who uses our service is 100% happy. We have now been around for over 10 years and look forward to serving the community for more decades to come!
